Therapy Groups
Now accepting inquiries for upcoming therapy groups for 2026!
(Open to Florida and/or Illinois residents only)
These groups are held over 6-10 weeks, at a consistent 1.5 or 2 hour time-block each week. A screening process is required prior to the start of the group to determine appropriateness and establish safety for all members who participate. Participants are expected to attend each week. Group start dates and location will be determined when enough participants are committed to joining the groups!
Payment Rates include all sessions. Payment plans are available in two installments. Insurance not accepted at this time.
“Exploring Art Therapy”
A 6-week group designed for individuals (age 18+) looking to approach their healing through creative means. Each week will introduce a different art or craft material and guided prompts to offer participants the chance to reflect, explore expression, and develop new insights through various hands-on experientials.
No prior art experience is needed! Open to 10 participants. *CURRENTLY SCHEDULED FOR—Monday evenings 6-7:30pm—Starting Summer 2026

“Surviving to Thriving”
An 8-week group for survivors of sexual assault or childhood sexual abuse (age 18+) looking to develop more resources, like self-regulation skills and trauma psycho-education, in a supportive environment. Creative materials, guided meditations/visualizations, and group discussion will be utilized throughout the weeks.
Open to 8 participants. All genders are encouraged to sign up, though designated groups may form based on participant needs and comfort.
Standard Rate: $450.00
Supportive Rate: $525.00
