SMS Messaging Service

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Company (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (Terms). By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages from Positive Space, LLC for appointment reminders, marketing messages, and general two-way communication about your relationship with Company. Message and Data Rates may apply.

Message Frequency

Text messages are sent infrequently and only used for scheduling purposes. You will receive more than one message from me unless you opt-out. Positive Space, LLC reserves the right to adjust the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. Positive Space, LLC and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

For those who are, or who may become clients, your confidential information is protected under We are committed to protecting your privacy and confidentiality in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations and other applicable privacy laws. Any personal health information (PHI) you provide through our website or therapy services will be handled with the highest level of security and confidentiality. Your rights and responsibilities under these circumstances are outlined in the consent forms at intake, which are provided upon scheduling our first therapy session. Prospective clients are required to review and sign these consent forms prior to meeting for a first session.

Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message I send you. After you opt out of text messaging, you will receive one additional message confirming your request has been processed. 

Website Use & User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in harmful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior. You agree to engage respectfully in shared and community spaces. Unauthorized distribution, copying, or reproduction of website content is prohibited.

Liability

Positive Space, LLC is not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery or undelivered messages caused by your carrier or third-party service providers.

Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to change our Terms of Service at any time. Please check this Terms of Service periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Service. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.
